Ohio Ethics Committee: Schiller Opinion

The Ohio Ethics Committee (OEC) met this week to consider the recommendation of the OEC Advisory Committee relative to the Schiller Opinion. As expected, the full Commission accepted the Committee’s recommendation to NOT reconsider the original Opinion. We are exploring options to clarify a county treasurer’s potential outside employment and will keep the membership advised.
