Legal action against Rover Pipeline?


Have any other counties who have the Rover Pipeline taken legal action (foreclosure) yet?

Rover allegedly will be paying only the 201p tax year to us by the end of the month. They are arguing the interest as they state they should not pay interest after Nov as that was when the decision was made. Our Auditor argued back, that they did not pay it in Nov, so the interest stands. We shall see what they actually pay, but it is only for 19P20.
