Has anyone had an issue with Ohio Pays on deposit information changing for EFT payments to departments? Who is your County administrator for Ohio Pays? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Traci, I will agree with Jaclyn. We needed to change banking information with Ohio Pays and when I logged on website there was no administrator for Ohio Pays for Muskingum County. I made myself administrator which takes some back and forth with Ohio Pays. I got approved as admin then updated all the banking info in the system. It seems to me you can only update one category at a time i.e. contact, address, account numbers, etc and as Jaclyn said, it takes ten days to two weeks for Ohio Pays to approve each update category so you can move on to the next. Once it's done it is a nice 'clearinghouse' so to speak.

As the Investment and Cash Management Officer for Franklin County, I am one of the administrators for Ohio Pays Website.
We recently had to update our banking information with Ohio Pays and it was a delicate process. The State of Ohio has a short window to receive and process your updated information. It can take up to 10 days to update and another 7 to implement. Unfortunately, it took a couple of months for our information to reflect properly.
The State of Ohio Shared Services Department manages the Ohio Pays website, they were extremely helpful during this transition. Their phone number is 1-877-644-6771.
