Informational Flyer Samples?

I am thinking of doing an informational flyer for new real property and/or manufactured home tax payers to have handed out at the banks, realtors, etc. Does anyone have something like this already in place that I could view to get ideas?

I do not have any type of informational flyer. However, some of the county auditors and treasurers have a lot of great information on their web sites. This might be a place to start.
